What you'll actually be doing
You'll take the reins on paid media strategy across a portfolio of exciting clients, making the big calls on where investment goes, how channels work together, and what opportunities we should be seizing next. This isn't a role where you're executing someone else's plan - you're the one building it.
Day to day, you'll be:
Owning paid media strategy end-to-end - from defining the approach and frameworks to ensuring everything ladders up to your clients' commercial goals
Leading and mentoring a small team, helping them grow their skills, build confidence, and operate across multiple paid media channels
Making smart budget decisions based on commercial priorities, marginal returns, and growth opportunities — you'll know where every pound is working hardest
Integrating paid media into wider cross-channel strategy, using your insight to shape the bigger marketing picture
Introducing new opportunities and driving innovation across the discipline, including harnessing AI tools and workflows to work smarter and deliver better results
Building strong senior client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and playing a key role in new business pitches and proposals
Communicating strategy clearly and persuasively to senior clients and internal stakeholders — you'll be the person in the room who brings clarity and confidence
